Legal Question in Business Law in North Dakota
Deposition
My company is being sued and I have sent them written information but they are requesting that I come in for a deposition. Is this something I legally have to do and if so should I have an attorney with me.

Re: Deposition
Yes, if you have been properly served notice of your deposition, your appearance would be legally required as part of the civil procedure process. Attorney assistance is preferable, whether it be to attend with you or "coach" you ahead of time.
