Legal Question in Business Law in North Dakota
Right to Refuse Service
I operate a restaurant in a building that has two other businesses in it. All three businesses are owned by one person, and all three operate under the same tax ID number. If I refused service to someone in my restaurant and they still want to do business in the rest of the building are they allowed to do so, or because they have been refused service are they not allowed in the entire building?Thak you for your help.

Re: Right to Refuse Service
Each business is separate, with different contracts and rules for each.
WHy were they refused service? Drunk? Rude? What is inappropriate for one business may not be for another.
