Legal Question in Family Law in North Dakota

Custody American/Canadian
I'm from North Dakota, Jamestown, and the Ex is from Winnipeg, MB Canada.

I was woundering what could be done as she took the kid away from me and ran off with her. SHe lied to the cops the first time and had me in jail for ag assult and terorozing, but she refused to show up for court and wrote a letter saying tehir was miscomunication with the cops.

THen we got back together and she did the same thing but no cops this time.

She wont let me see my child and I dont know what to do. IF someone can help please let me know. I can not afford an attorney and can't get legal aid due to international issues. The mother is Canadian, I'm American, and the daughter is American for now until the mother applies for citizenship of the child.

its better you get legal aid from the legal aid offices provided by the administration.

you can file a case for the custody of the child as you have right to see and meet your child.
