If a person Quit Claims a deed to three people, are the new owners Joint Tenants or Tenants in Common in the State of Ohio?

You need to look at the language on the deed. If the deed contains the words joint with right of survivorship then it should be a survivorship deed otherwise it would be Tenants in Common.
