Legal Question in Administrative Law in Ohio
I was trying to find out if I got an ONLINE payday loan and have found out that they are not licensed in the state of ohio, do I have to pay them back. Also how would I handle this.

The Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Financial Institutions, regulates the payday lenders. Verify the licensure status with them over the phone- the online database is not always accurate.
