Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Drug Possession
I would like to know if Drug Possession is a Felony and what kind of sentences are handed down from judges? I will be charged with Possession of Cocaine and would like to know what I might be sentenced to and what the judge looks at if I will go in to outpatient treatment and if I have a possibilty of probation and no jail time.

First offense drug offense unlikely to see any jail time... You actually should try to get into a treatment in lieu or selective intervention program to avoid the criminal conviction completely.
