Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
misdemeanor drug possession
I was charged with marijuana possession, its going to trial, and i have to represent myself because i cant afford a lawyer. i got caught with a roach, seed, and stem. Can i ask the judge for a break and to drop the charge? so that it doesnt affect my future? i cant get it exponged because of a prior OVI. thanks
