Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
What is the penalty for falsification? I called 911 because I thought I saw a man in this car with a gun. The dispatcher asked for my name and turns out there was no guy with a gun. So the came and arrested me? But I have a friend who was with me he saw the guy too. Jury trial?
