Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
my son is 15 yrs. nver been in trouble with police. Today in school some of his classmates ask if he would shoot any one at school. He said a teacher and 3 of the kids. Well one of the teachers found out what he said. He was arrested on a felony 2. DO i need to get a lawyer and what are some things that could happen in court

You absolutely need a lawyer for him. This is likely an overly strong reaction to the tragedy in Chardon, but the charges remain nonetheless and you need to fight them.
