can he get in trouble
I have a friend who is 17 and has a baby and is dating a 25 year old and her parents know she is worried that if her mom gets mad can he get in trouble. she will be 18 in 2 months and she has a baby it isn't like she dosn't know what sex is can you help

If she lives on her own she can be considered as an emancipated minor. If she still lives with her parents, I think she can apply for emancipation. Any way, the lagal cut off in OHio is age 16. Fact is, she's 17 and has a kid... maybe she should focus on her kid and forget about dating 25 yr old men.
