Legal Question in DUI Law in Ohio

I just received a dui thursday night and planned on moving out of state on sunday, but have court on monday. whats going to come of this?

If you have been charged with DUI in Ohio, moving out of state and skipping your hearings is only going to result in a bench warrant being issued for your arrest. You are still going to have to show up and contest the matter or plead it out. You would be well-advised to contact an experienced DUI attorney in your area for representation.
