Legal Question in DUI Law in Ohio

I recently received an underage drinking citation in the state of fl, and i live in ohio. if the ticket is no aid within 30 days they issue a warrant out. will it affect me in OH or just in FL.

If you're out of state they won't be able to bring you back to ohio since it is a misdemeanor. If you want to resolve it while you're down there let me know. It can be done....216.952.1990
