Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I just had a babygirl with my ex, shes 4 months old now. She is not letting me see my child because she is plain crazy. Im not on the birth certificate until we do a paternity test which i had to file against her so she is court ordered to do it. In the past she took meds for bipolar, depression and anxiety. She never lets me see my daughter, ignore my calls, and then tells people im not a good father because im not taking care of her...because she wont let me!! When I say something, she flips out and tells me im not seeing my daughter again. I cant see her until pat. test is done and I file for visitation or custody...theres so much more for detail that is left out...But with her being crazy and deceitful, she never acts in the best interest of my daughter...What are my odds of winning full custody??

Pretty tough, because she's the mother of an infant, and separating infant and mother can be very traumatic to a child's development. If you really believe the child will be better nutured in your custody, then I suggest you go through the steps of a custody hearing. At least visitation will be court-ordered.
