If i were to sign away all legal and parental rights to my child, would i still have to pay child support?

In Ohio, you cannot sign away your parental rights. So, even if you don't exercise your parenting time rights, you would still be responsible for child support. However, it is sometimes possible to work out an agreement between the parents wherein they both agree that one parent will not have any parenting time with the children, and so support will be deviated downwards to zero. In order to do this, you would want to speak with an attorney.
