Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Marriage / Divorice

I was married to the same person twice in Ohio , 2 seperate counties, 2 diffrent judges. 5 years apart. Both were Legal marriages, then we got divoriced after 24 years, but only the first marriage from the 1st county was mentioned, not the seconed other ''real'' marriage'' so after 3years are we still legally married to each other if that 2ed marriage was never mentioned? Do we need to get a 2ed Divorice?

Re: Marriage / Divorice

It sounds as though the second marriage is still on the books. I suggest amending your divorce decree with notice that there was a second marriage and your divorce terminates both.
