child support payments

i have over the years have had trouble making all of my child support payments and have been in trouble because of this.the two children that i owe for are both been emancipated one is 18 and one 19.i still owe quite a bit. if i pay what they want (csea) it will be aprox. 60% of my income and i will most likely become homeless, again and in turn probably be in default, again. i have no transportation and not a whole lot of legal knowledge. what can i do?

I think the best thing for you to do is contact CSEA and work out a plan.
