Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Motion to withdraw granted

I was assigned a court appointed attorney for a child custody and support case three years ago. The case has moved very slowly putting my assigned attorney in a financial bind. Therefore, the judge has granted my attorney leave to withdraw. What should I do next? I am not financially capable of hiring a attorney and a trial has been set for June 2007.

Re: Motion to withdraw granted

Request another attorney. If you were not the party to prolong this process, the court should assign you another one.
