Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

What is the cost differences between divorce, disillusionment and legal seperation? I have little money and I'm trying to weigh my options. I want to start this quickly but I don't want to be left with nothing. Thank you in advance.

In Ohio, there isn't much difference between divorce, disolution and legal separation as far as cost go. The key to keeping costs down is keeping the fighting over issues to a minimum. Because dissolutions usually involve a separation agreement worked out to everyone's satisfaction, that can keep costs down, but paying the attorneys to get everyone to a deal is sometimes not cheap.

Bottom line, if you aren't fighting over anything, the termination of your marriage isn't going to cost you too much. If you are fighting, the sky is the limit.
