In Ohio, the Court is going to go with the agreement of the parties. However, if the father goes to court with a motion arguing that it would not be in the best interest of the child to suddenly pull the child out of school, taking her away from her teachers and friends and from the learning environment in which she is comfortable, the Court may be in a mood to alter that portion of the agreement.
