Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Divorce/dissolution

We decided to do this the least expensive way, so we're going for a dissolution. I want to know if I'm entitled to some type of alimony as I havent worked outside of the home for years, but have recently graduated college and just got a job. Also, is there any way that I can keep the house because my husband wants it, but I have the kids. Also, what types of joint custodies are available? I may have an opportunity to be transferred to another stae and I want to be able to do that if I need to, while still keeping my children.

Re: Divorce/dissolution

Re: Divorce/dissolution

A couple walks into a dissolution hearing with all these matters worked out ahead of time in a separation agreement and shared parenting plan. A dissolution is the more ecnomical way to go, but attorneys are used in this process also. You may want to consult with an attorney.
