Eviction of Ex-spouse

I am divorced, and was awarded the marital residence. My ex-spouse was given 60 days to leave the residence. It has been almost 90 days - how can I evict her? To this date, I am not receiving good legal advice from my current attorney.

Is the divorce final? If not, file a motion to show cause regarding her failure to vacate the residence. If the divorce is final, serve her with a 3 day notice to vacate, then file a complaint for forcible entry and detainer.
