ex-spouse disclose divorce info to others

Can a ex-spouse one you're recently divorced from disclose our divorce papers/information to their new spouse or significant other either verbally discussing them with the significant other or actually letting them read the papers. so both they and their significant other can discuss certain topics with me or is there a clause that states that this conduct and trading/sharing of information is prohibited?

Re: ex-spouse disclose divorce info to others

Unless there is a provision in the divorce decree prohibiting disclosure of its terms to others, all divorce judgment entries are matters of public record, and may be freely discussed with anyone. If there is a non disclosure provision, violation of it may be contempt of court, or may bring other penalties contained in the document.
