Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Ex-Wife Breaking Divorce Decree Regarding Children

My husband's ex-wife has custody of their two children (9 and 11). Their divorce decree states that she is supposed to share transportation of the children (which she never does) and is not allowed overnight guests of the opposite sex. She had an affair on my husband which cause their divorce. She then married the man she was having an affiar with. Last year she started ANOTHER affair with a man that works for her. She kicked out her second husband so her new boyfriend could move in with her and the two children. She is STILL married and so is the man that now lives with her.

Can we get custody?

Re: Ex-Wife Breaking Divorce Decree Regarding Children

I would not only rely on the divorce decree to try and go for custody. You must make a showing that a change in custody would be in the best interests of the children, and her specific behavior would go a long way towards doing that.
