Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I just found out while on short term disability (by browsing court sites putting in my last name) that my X-Spouse filed a Complaint w/Workman's Compthe day before I filed for divorce (1999) and settled his complaint the day after our divorce was finalized. Is there an way I can file Fraud charges on him to recoupe the amount he should have paid for minimum 8 years? I realize modifications aren't normaly retroactive, but in this instance he did commit intentional fraud - since he did not report this to Child Support (as written into our divorce decree)? Problem may be my daughter is 18, and her support ends in June, 2013. The x's salary has more than 30% increase had I known this before I certainly would have made motion with Court/Child Support for review/modification; I now have proof that I found out with the case number that I discovered within the past 60 days.

In Ohio, the way to handle this is to file a Civ. R. 60(b) motion with the court and ooint out the newly discovered evidence.
