Married Man

Help! My friend has been dating a married man for the past 4 years. They share everything together, from living together to making major purchases to having their money in the same checking account. My concern is, if something were to happen to her boyfriend, is the wife entitled to my friends merchandise she bought with her boyfriend? I think she is but I need proof. I'm trying to help her. Thanks!

if your friend wants her stuff back from the wife in a worst case scenario, the friend has to prove what she purchased, and what is hers. Without written proof, or a will by the husband/boyfriend to the contrary, wife will win.
