Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Paternity Case

About nine months ago i got involved with a married woman. She got impregnated which her, her husband and I all know the baby is mine. She has since worked things out with her husband. They want to raise the child as their own, and me being the responsible young adult that I am, I want to be a part of my childs life. I understand that I have to file a paternity suit but seeing as though se is married the baby is presumably his, i hear she can deny the paternity case. Is this true? and if it is, is there anything else i can do?

Re: Paternity Case

The law presume a mother's husband is her child's father, but this can be challenged through court by a person who believes he is the birth father.
