Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Protection Order

I filed for divorce and 2 days later, she got a CPO, w/o having to prove a thing. She has no proof of abuse because it never happened. How can she get a CPO w/no proof? Anyway, she called me for something and when I returned her call, she now has me up for violating the CPO!

1.How can I get this bogus CPO revoked?

2. What can I do about the violation hearing? Can't afford another attorney and make too much to get one appointed.

OBTW, I have temp. custody of our 3 children. She has supervied visitation. Why can't the Court see this is all bogus? How can I be abusive, yet she left the kids with me? I am so confused! Any help would be wonderful. Thanks.

Re: Protection Order

File a Motion, and ask for a rehearing of the protection order. You need to go to the violation hearing, and completely lay out ALL circumstances of the contact.
