What Ohio law states as far as relocating out of state when you have full custody of your child. Visitation along with child support has been established but is also in contempt. I have a job offer out of state & I need to what steps to make my move legal

Re: Relocating with minor child

If you plan to move out of state then you need to either get written permission from the other spouse or or file an intent ot relocate with the Domestic Relations court. Usually, if it is job related there is no problem.

Good Luck!!
