teminate gardianship

i have had gardianship of my grandson since 1998 he was 2

he is now almost eight ,his mother has only came seen him 8

time and call 3 time .now she want to teminate the gardianship .my grandson is very upset he don't want to go

with her does he have a say in this? mother has spent 2 year

for b&e she had him with her when she was arrested. i told her she can come anytime to see him .

and what are my right?

The decision to terminate lies in the sound discretion of the probate court. The child's opinion is a factor in what is in the child's best interests, but yu should be prepared to show how your relationship is better for the child than what Mom wants.
