Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio

civil summons

I have a civil summons from a lawyer for credit card company. they want me to send a written answer on this matter. if I owe this or amount or not.if do not agree that I owe this , what will happen? if i dont answer,what will happen? how do i write and answer?

If you do not file an answer in the court in which you were sued, the court will enter a judgment against you in the amount requested by the Plaintiff. In Ohio you have 28 days from the date you were put on notice.
