disolving gay partnership assets/loans
I seperated and split from my ex, another guy, and I want to know if I can force him by court or otherwise, to refinace a vehicle I cosigned for, in order to get my name off of the vehicle? Do I have ANY options?

Unfortunately, the bank has you on the hook. You can tell the bank to repo the car and go after the other person. But, you run the risk of them going after you. The Court can hve the vehicle transfered to you or it can see if she can refinance.
Unfortunately, your options are limited.
