Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio
My Human Resources person told me that I could not communicate with other employees while on leave due to the requirements of FMLA. I am friends with some of my coworkers, and want to know if the FMLA requires this.

The FMLA does not requires this. (However, I would suggest communicating with them when they are off work).
