Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

i was in a casino and ate at thier cafe,i fell ill a hour later and told managment,i ended up in the er later that night.the casinos claims adjuster already contacted me and i told him that the hospital told me that my symptoms was consitent with food poisioning,he asked me what i wanted i told him my medical bills paid and compensation for me being ill for 3 days and this was my annivarsary so that was ruined.he told me he wants to see my medical records so i sent them to him,now on our first conversation when i told him i wanted to be compensated he told me he has to talk to the casino to get a free room ,(i dont want a free room)me and my husband dont want to go back thier becouse of this...now at the time i didnt think i was still covered by my insurance which is medicaid but the hospital told me several days later that medicaid went through and they paid my bills..so do i still have a case,and what do i do i live in ohio,but the casino is in west virginia
