Re: What Court

You may have a claim under the Victims of Crime Act to cover a portion of your medical bills. Do you have auto insurance? If so, you may have uninsured motorist coverage. Dependingon the circumstances, you may have a claim against the entity that provided the alcohol to the drunk driver. If you would like to discuss, please call 216.241.2500.

Re: What Court

You may have a claim under the Victims of Crime Act. A workup of your claim may reveal other sources of recovery, for instance, from your own insurance company (uninsured motorist coverage) or against the entity that provided the alcohol to the drunk driver. You should have your case reviewed in detail for sources of recovery.

Good luck! If you would like to discuss, please call toll-free, 1-800-628-8989.
