Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

Standard MVA settlement

I was involved in a MVA 4 yrs. ago. I am still suffering

from injuries sustained. The faulted driver was underinsured, so my insurance was supposed to pick up the remaining medical expenses. They have not settled with me yet. My medical bills total between $22-25,000. What is the

usual and customary amount to settle on? I have a herniated

disc in my C5-6 and radiculopathy. I have carpal tunnel

from the impact on the steering wheel. None of which I have got surgery for, but may need to at some point.
