Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

Hello....I have a shared driveway with my neighbor, who has rented out his house to several tenants over the years. We constantly have to tell new people that they cannot park in the middle of the driveway as it blocks access to our garage. What legal rights do I have if our neighbors continue to park there even after explaining the situation? Thanks!

The nature of your problem makes it probably not worth litigating at the moment. I would recommend calling the police when your driveway is blocked and the officer can possibly issue a citation. If their tenants keep getting tickets, they may stop their behavior. Depending on all of the facts of your case, you may be able to file an injunction prohibiting their use of the middle of the driveway. A concern that you should have is that if they continue to use the property in this manner, they "may" have a claim to adverse possession eventually.
