Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

Me and my husband are currently separated(unofficially). He put the house up for sale through a realtor and someone has made an offer. I have not signed anything even though I am on the deed as surviving spouse. Do we still have to sell the property since I refuse to sign the listing agreement or the offer?

If you are joint owners on this property, you both need to sign and approve the transfer. Normally, realtors don't proceed with sales until they clear ownership issues. Have you spoken with this agent?
