Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

I am married and own property in my name only. I wish to set up a provision for my husband in the event of my death so he can keep the property. In the event of his death, the property would then go to my two children, 50/50. I live in Ohio. What is the best legal document for this set-up. I already have a TOD deed listing my children 50/50, however, I now wish to add a provision for my husband.

The best way to achieve this would be using a trust which would allow your husband to use the property duirng his life but then would pass the property or the proceeds to your daughters at his death.
