Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

me and my boyfriend have lived together for 20 years and the vehicles are in my name and the house is in both of are names do i have any rights if anything were to happen to him to keep anyone from taking the house or any part of any thing if something were to happen and any one tried to take anything would i be able to fight it it court if need be money or any thing for as long as we have been together

Dear Happily Living Together: It's time to make proper, lawful arrangements just in case.... Living together may afford some very minimal protection, as Common Law marriage in Ohio, but to be more protective of your individual rights and best interests, see an experienced Attorney to advise and guide you both, ASAP.

There are many devices to consider, but they'll require expert understanding and advice, based upon your mutual wishes.
