What can I do if my propery was appraised at 140000 and it is really worth 115000? What can I do?

Dear Inquirer: Appeal! Providing you have market value comparables to support your contentions, you should consider appealing to the Board of Tax Revision of your County.

Retain a competent real property appraiser to guide and assist you.
