Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Ohio

Sexual harassment
A friend of mine is 17 years old and is getting phone calls from a 25 year old guy who is assulting sexually. He has called her, and her friend masterbating on the phone and before that, he would call talking about getting naked when he drinks and how she should drink with him, and he shaves his..... area. It wont stop and she and her friend has asked him to stop. He knows where they both live and before going after them he would call me at her house all the time at 3:00 am and then came up to my work a couple of times. How do we go about this? what website can I go to, to help me find information so I can fax it to him?

Call your local police for help. Perhaps a phone harassment charge is warranted.
