Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
I got pulled over and got charged with a DUS this is my 12th one over 6 years, I have a warrent for unpaid fines in another city they did not want to take me the other day because the jail is full. I go to court on Monday and would like to know what will more tha likly happen

It depends on the court. Some courts understand this cycle and are willing to let the defendant work through the issues. Make no mistake you will have to get reinstated, get your insurance proof and pay off old warrant blocks and have them removed before the current court will address your case in a light favorable to you.
