deed transfer after death

How does one transfer a deed to a home and titles to automobiles to surviving children after death with no spouse and no specific statement of home or automobiles in the will? Thank You,

Re: deed transfer after death

The owner can do transfer-on-death designation for real estate, and vehicles before death. Transfer after death must be done by the probate court via a Certificate of Transfer during the probate process.
