Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Estates still in probate

My grandmother passed away back in November of 2007. I have been living with her since 2003. My father was named the executor of the estate and the house is willed to him after everything is settled out of probate. He is now threatening to kick me out of ''His house'' I was wondering if there was anything I could do about this until it was settled in probate and the house was actually put into his name.

Re: Estates still in probate

The home is controlled by the executor during probate. You technically could be evicted if your father chose to do so.
