Fiduciary's Account

Uncontested will as all went to my mother. Can money that Mom gave to the children in memory of Dad be listed as ''gifted'' disbursment?

All done in 2007.

Once the money is distributed to your mother, she can do whatever she wants with the money, subject to gift tax reporting requirements based on the amount.
