Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

if my grandma passed away and her house was deeded to her three children, but in the will listed me as the beneficiary to the house, who gets the house? My parents have been responsible for the upkeep of the house and paid the bills out of her estate. When my grandma was alive she tried to have the other two of her children sign the deed over to my mom, but they would not do it. So before the will is read, I wanted to know going in (before a family fued erupts) who will get the house - me or my mom and her sisters?

It is not clear from your quesetion how the property was held. It sounds like it might have been a life estate deed which means that her children own the property and the will would have no effect. I would suggest that you have an attorney review the deed to the property and explain your rights to you.
