Living Trust Preparation
Can a paralegal licensed in Ohio prepare a living trust and/or will and can they be hired to handle probate in Ohio?

No, as paralegals in Ohio can only operate under the supervision of properly licensed attorneys. They cannot as author of or signor of legal documents.

A paralegal cannot act in the place of an attorney. A paralegal assists with legal matters. You can use the help of a paralegal but cannot rely on that person professionally as you would an attorney.
