I'm am trying to put my childs fathers estate threw probate court, but i dont know where any paper work is on the salon he rented the space will i be able to still put it in probate court he did have a salon manager?

You should be able to run the salon as executor or administrator of the estate, but may need permission from the court to do so. You may want to look at his tax returns that may help you determine how the business was owned.

If he had minor children you also will need to have someone appointed as guardian for them so that they can receive any assets.

You should consult an attorney as soon as possible to help you through this process.
