Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Simple Will

I was recently divorced and need to have a new will done. It is just a general will as I have no real assets and everything will be split between my 2 children. Are the on-line templates ok to use or should I have an attorney write the will for me?

Re: Simple Will

I recommend that you have an attorney draft the Will, but it is not required. In your situation, a Will produced by a Will kit is probably sufficient. However, I firmly believe that you need an attorney to explain why certain provisions need to be in a Will and to explain what is not covered by the Will.
