I offer two free booklets. One 20 page booklet provides a basic overview of estate planning for Ohio residents, including guardianship, probate, wills, trusts, and taxes. The other 20 page booklet provides a basic overview of immigration law, including immigration based on marriage, relatives or employment and temporary work visas (e.g., H-1B). I have been practicing law since 1988. I graduated from Case Western Reserve University in 1988 with my law and Master of Business Administration degrees. I graduated Ohio State University in 1984 with my chemical engineering degree.
